Scope of application<\/h3>\n<p>These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between:<\/p>\n<p>Domaine de Mont-Renaud S\u00e0rl<br \/>\nRoute du Mont-Renaud 21, 2926 Boncourt, Switzerland<br \/>\n(hereinafter: \u201cthe Hotel\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>and the customer (hereinafter: \u201cthe Guest\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>They apply to all reservations made directly or indirectly with the Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Any specific conditions agreed in writing shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Conclusion of the contract<\/h3>\n<p>The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel (written confirmation by email or other means).<\/p>\n<p>Reservations made via third-party platforms are also subject to these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated by those platforms.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Services<\/h3>\n<p>Hotel services are determined by the reservation confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>Additional services (breakfast, parking, spa, etc.) are only included if expressly stated.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Prices<\/h3>\n<p>Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and generally include VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tourist tax<\/li>\n<li>additional services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Hotel may adjust its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Payment terms<\/h3>\n<p>The Hotel is entitled to request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a credit card guarantee<\/li>\n<li>a deposit<\/li>\n<li>advance payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accepted payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>major credit cards<\/li>\n<li>cash (CHF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Hotel may perform a pre-authorisation on the Guest\u2019s credit card.<\/p>\n<p>In case of non-payment, the Hotel may refuse to provide the service.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Cancellation, modification and no-show<\/h3>\n<p><strong>6.1 General principle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cancellation conditions depend on the booked rate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.2 Standard conditions (example)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival<\/li>\n<li>Late cancellation: charge of 1 to 3 nights<\/li>\n<li>No-show: 100% of the stay or minimum 1 night charged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.3 Special offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non-refundable rates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cannot be modified or cancelled<\/li>\n<li>are fully payable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.4 Early departure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of early departure, the full reserved stay may be charged.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n<p>Check-in: from 3:00 PM<br \/>\nCheck-out: until 11:00 AM<\/p>\n<p>For arrivals after 9:00 PM, the Guest must inform the Hotel in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, the room may be reallocated.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Room usage<\/h3>\n<p>Rooms may only be occupied by the agreed number of persons.<\/p>\n<p>Any non-compliant use may result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>additional charges<\/li>\n<li>immediate termination of the contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9. Guest obligations<\/h3>\n<p>The Guest agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>respect the facilities<\/li>\n<li>avoid any disturbance<\/li>\n<li>comply with internal house rules<\/li>\n<li>The Guest is liable for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>10. Hotel liability<\/h3>\n<p>Within the limits of Swiss law:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Hotel\u2019s liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence<\/li>\n<li>The Hotel declines any liability for:<br \/>\npersonal belongings not stored securely,<br \/>\nactions of third parties,<br \/>\nforce majeure events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Swiss statutory provisions regarding hotel liability remain reserved.<\/p>\n<h3>11. Pets<\/h3>\n<p>Pets are allowed under conditions and may be subject to an additional fee.<\/p>\n<h3>12. Force majeure<\/h3>\n<p>In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, administrative decision, etc.), the Hotel may:<\/p>\n<p>cancel or modify the reservation without compensation.<\/p>\n<h3>13. Data protection<\/h3>\n<p>Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP).<\/p>\n<p>It is used exclusively for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reservation management<\/li>\n<li>customer relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Guest may exercise their rights by contacting: info@hotel-ours.ch<\/p>\n<h3>14. Gift vouchers<\/h3>\n<p>Gift vouchers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are valid for 24 months<\/li>\n<li>are non-refundable<\/li>\n<li>must be used subject to availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>15. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h3>\n<p>Swiss law applies.<\/p>\n<p>The place of jurisdiction is the Hotel\u2019s registered office: Boncourt.<\/p>\n<h3>16. Severability clause<\/h3>\n<p>If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.<\/p>\n<h3>17. Acceptance<\/h3>\n<p>Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;117650&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Specific Terms \u2013 Seminars, Groups and Events<\/h2>\n<h3>18. Scope of application (groups and seminars)<\/h3>\n<p>These provisions apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>any booking of more than 4 rooms<\/li>\n<li>any event (seminar, conference, banquet, wedding, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(hereinafter: \u201cthe Group\u201d or \u201cthe Event\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>They supplement the general Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>19. Booking and confirmation<\/h3>\n<p>Any group or seminar request is subject to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a written offer<\/li>\n<li>a signed confirmation by the Client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the signed confirmation<\/li>\n<li>and\/or a deposit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Hotel may set an option deadline after which the spaces are released.<\/p>\n<h3>20. Deposit and payment terms<\/h3>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30% to 50% upon confirmation<\/li>\n<li>final balance payable no later than 10 days after the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Hotel may request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a bank guarantee<\/li>\n<li>or a credit card guarantee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of late payment, the Hotel may cancel the reservation.<\/p>\n<h3>21. Number of participants<\/h3>\n<p>The Client must provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an estimated number at the time of booking<\/li>\n<li>a final number no later than 7 days before the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This number will serve as the basis for invoicing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tolerance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A variation of \u00b110% is generally accepted without major changes.<\/p>\n<h3>22. Cancellation \u2013 groups and seminars<\/h3>\n<p><strong>22.1 Principle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any cancellation must be made in writing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22.2 Standard conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of cancellation, the following fees may apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 180 days before the event: Deposit refunded, minus administrative fees<\/li>\n<li>Between 179 and 90 days: Deposit retained by the Estate<\/li>\n<li>Less than 89 days: 100% of the contractual amount is due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These percentages apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>full estate privatisation<\/li>\n<li>reserved rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>23. Reduction in numbers (attrition)<\/h3>\n<p>Any reduction in participant numbers is considered a partial cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>Charges may apply according to the above conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>24. Room allocation<\/h3>\n<p>Rooms are made available according to the agreed schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Any overrun may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n<p>The Hotel reserves the right:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to change the assigned room if necessary<\/li>\n<li>while ensuring an equivalent standard of service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>25. Catering and beverages<\/h3>\n<p>Catering services must be confirmed in advance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>all food and beverages are exclusively provided by the Hotel<\/li>\n<li>no external catering is permitted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>26. Technical equipment<\/h3>\n<p>The Hotel provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the agreed equipment (projector, screen, sound system, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Client is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>equipment brought in by them<\/li>\n<li>its installation (unless otherwise agreed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any damage will be charged.<\/p>\n<h3>27. Accommodation (groups)<\/h3>\n<p>A nominative list of participants must be provided before arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Unused rooms may be charged according to the cancellation conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>28. Liability and insurance<\/h3>\n<p>The Client is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>any damage caused to premises, equipment, or staff<\/li>\n<li>the behaviour of participants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Hotel may require liability insurance for certain events.<\/p>\n<h3>29. Disturbance and permits<\/h3>\n<p>The Client must comply with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>noise regulations<\/li>\n<li>legal quiet hours (especially regarding sound levels)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any administrative authorisations (e.g. music, public event permits) are the responsibility of the Client.<\/p>\n<h3>30. Force majeure<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of force majeure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>either party may terminate the contract<\/li>\n<li>no compensation shall be due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>31.
